The ANVR Consumer Terms & Conditions (Travel and Booking Terms & Conditions) 2012 were drawn up in consultation with the Consumers' Association in the context of the SER Self-Regulation Group, were revised in September 2011 and are applicable to travel with a departure after 31 March 2012.
The Travel Terms and Conditions 2011 are applicable till 1st of April 2012.
The ANVR Business to Busines (B2B) Terms & Conditions are first publiced in june 2009.
